Day 2 - how much food?!

I've just done my work out. I didn't feel any adverse effects from yesterday's beginners workout so I tried 25 moves in 25 minutes today and by 20 minutes I was puffed but I ploughed on through to the end. I suspect I'll ache tomorrow! 

For breakfast I made reduced carb cimammon oatmeal. I was yummy but there was so much of it I couldn't finish it!
