Day 3 - bye bye daddy

Rob has gone to Scotland today after over a month working from home.  We will miss him but it's good to get back to normal. 

My alarm went off at 6am and I got up and did my HIIT. Over night oats for breakfast and eggs for lunch.  Leftover meatballs for tea night even resisted biscuits at work. :)
