Club climbing day and we started off at Stanage Edge.  I had just begun to lead climb the route that A is on here when it threw it down with rain and we headed back to the car as quickly as possible.  I'd already decided to down-climb from just above that position, because my hand jamming isn't brilliant and I couldn't trust it to hold, so it was no great loss really.

After tea and shopping in Hathersage we decided that it was worth another shot and headed for Birchen Edge where I lead two more VDiffs... which were actually quite enjoyable and with hardly any horrible adrenaline rush  :-)  A good day!
