Mono Monday . . .Unlocking Inspiration

The future passes
The past lies enshrined
Recurring cycle

A path passes through graves.  The living pass the dead.  How much was recorded about the lives once lived?  Does a family still hold the stories?  How much passes onto the future generations?  How much is lost and forgotten?  Memories fade with time.  The girls have more future than past to ponder.  Autumn leaves are falling and leaving a soft litter layer on the old concrete and around the ornamental fences.

An object in this case a grave was the starting point for the photos I took this morning.  It was the extra things I noticed that gave the inspiration.  The decaying leaves, the concrete and metal structures, the play of light and shadows.
Thank you SkiMe for another challenging challenge.  I was glad for the opportunity to think about the story I should be/could be telling with an image.
