Pinmill

Today we've met up with Mr T's #1 daughter and granddaughter and had a lovely morning in Ipswich and lunch in the University's colourful 'Cult Cafe' followed by a walk around the harbour and Marina and on the way home J took us on a bit of a detour under the vast Orwell Bridge and a stop off in the tranquil and quaint harbour village of Pinmill.  I hadn't been there since I worked for a week at the Ipswich Boat Show over 25 years ago, and was very relieved to see that it and the pace of life there hadn't changed and the famous Butt and Oyster pub where we dined one evening was still doing a roaring trade.

Back at the caravan we've got our feet up for a while before we meet up with J again and the rest of the grandchildren (all well and truly adults now with their ages ranging through 19-31) and partners for dinner this evening.

It's been another very warm and humid day and Matilda is melting!
