Tuesday evening is usually yoga/Pilates but I'm going to have a break from it for a couple of weeks or so.  Not only do I have various body niggles which slightly restrict my range of movement during the class, but more importantly it also clashes with my Ramblers' group's summer evening walks.  I do enjoy the exercise class but I also like the walks, and although they're quite short at 4-6 miles, they add to my knowledge of the local countryside and are very sociable events :-)
