RAPID

 or is it called rapids? In the river Diemel in Helmarshausen.
Piet Hein had cleaned our bikes, and suggested a cycle tour to the Edeka shop in Helmarshausen, 5 km from our home.
The weather agreeable warm, and it was a nice, easy trip. Only the last part uphill we had to walk. Building up our condition is our nearest goal.
