A day of meetings. The main one was talking about Christmas with London colleagues. Well it is only 7 months away.

Yet home for a bite to eat, a change of clothes and back to sing in n the concert. Think it went Ok, although between an aching back, a sore leg and feeling I should be in bed asleep my mind wasn't fully on it.
