On The Alert

Firstly without a doubt I must thank everyone for looking, taking the time to comment and raining stars and hearts down on my two kingfishers over the last two days!!I Really appreciate this, very thrilled and am just so pleased you like them. 

Back home now to torrential rain beating against the windows which has meant a mammoth photo editing day. During a tea break I spied one of our robins feeding her fledged youngster on the floor which is dangerous as it needs to keep out of the way of the chickens and other predators like the magpies who patrol the area with a vengeance. She was waiting here on the post for me to clear off, taking the dogs with me.
