melting skies and foaming waves

I went for a soothing yet knackering run this evening... Beautiful light, but cutting wind... running down to the beach left me spitting out bits of sand and clutching at my eyes as I got sandblasted... However the wind surfers were out, there was white horses on the sea and whipping clouds in the sky. A feeling of brightness and energy that was really good.

I had a grumpy day yesterday (see back blip) but tonight things are golden again.
