My pal Katie finishes work this week to go on maternity leave... like evey other occasion we celebrated today with cake...

This one was rather special though... The normally clean living, healthy eating Katie, has had a craving for pickled onion Monster Munch crisps and has been scoffing them by the crate load...

So talented and lovely Jo managed to bake a cake in the shape of a giant Monster Munch to send Katie on her way....
