Short back and sides

Thought it was time last night to trim back the hedge. It had been a long day and I was in a mood to cut back. In the cold light of morning it looked rather drastic! But it will grow back.

Office today was focused on job descriptions and discussions as we look to implement the workforce plan. Means re-appraising roles and what the organisation needs : so some sensitive discussions required.

Evening spent sorting out aunt with shopping etc and reassuring her as she is a bit low at the moment.
