Booksale Purchases

My only chance to browse through the books on offer and, as I hadn't realised that prices were halved on the last day of the Christian Aid booksale, was pleasantly surprised to pay less for my choices. We went first to church in Nicolson Square before the challenge of George Street (saving Holy corner for tomorrow).

Even at such a late stage there was still a fair choice on offer, the pace was less frenetic, and I had delightful conversations with helpers and other customers so it proved an enjoyable day.
