In search of wildlife
We've had a very lazy day. A bit of shopping and a mooch round Thetford. A bit of obligatory plane spotting for 'you know who' and a lovely walk round an RSPB Reserve at Feltwell (near Laconheath) for me. I didn't see any of the promised/suggested wildlife, apart from one Coot, one snail and oh, a beautiful Bittern who whizzed past the hide window at speed, but I did hear a Cuckoo, always such a wonderful call even though they are such naughty birds.
It's been a showery but mostly bright and warm day here in Suffolk but it's chucking it down in bucketfuls now.
