939. The Gota Canal

I bought this pretty cross stitch map of Sweden many years ago and my step daughter very kindly worked it for me....it hangs in our kitchen and I love it....

We are planning a boat trip along the Gota Canal next year from Gothenburg to Stockholm on a 1930's steam ship....it looks fabulous and I'm sure will be quite an adventure....
