Here's another Phoenix history lesson after yesterday's. This 1926 building is a "residential-scale Spanish Colonial Revival-style commercial building," says the plaque out front. Lescher and Mahoney designed it. That local firm designed several buildings that are now listed as historic, including the Temple Beth Israel and the Orpheum Theatre.
