Wild Garlic Wood

I needed to scramble through the edge of the woodland to get this shot.  It's rather derelict now but once was the home to a drift mine where coal was extracted.  We had a short walk this afternoon and after seeing a woodland shot of Wild Garlic taken by Koko I was on the look out for it near the stream.  I hadn't expected to see such an extensive patch, though admittedly I rarely walk along the road in this spot.

Another quite productive garden day today, my tomatoes now have a cane support rigged up and I've done a certain amount of cleaning pots and tidyng.  Still a long way to go!
