At Tarrington: sweet apple orchard

Today I repeated a visit of this little apple orchard. It's on the way home from my children's school. Every way you look at the orchard as you drive by, you get pure symmetry. There is a good reason for this of course. A little tractor with an apple shaker on the back would go up and down the rows at harvest time.

This year the harvest will be poor. The apple blossom was shortened by the rain. So the price of apples will be another crop with a price increase. Tis a pretty picture that catches my eye every time x
