Ribbon jars

I made a few online purchases on Sunday, including two rolls of paper ribbon for present wrapping. They arrived yesterday. Today I stuffed each one into a jam jar, then Mr hazelh made holes in the lids to help keep everything neat and tidy, yet accessible. Here they are, blipped.

I'm still racing to get through a stack of tasks that must be completed by Friday. Why does everything take twice as long as planned/expected to get done?
