Irises

I was hoping to blip a sunset tonight but sadly, although the sun will set, the cloud cover will obscure it ...... another night perhaps.

I photographed these irises on my walk this afternoon. I do have some irises in my garden but they don't even have any buds yet ..... guess I need to talk to the plant and give it some encouragement!

Off to Fife tomorrow for the holiday weekend. The forecast looks quite good but it still won't be warm enough for me to go paddling!
