Intense stare

She was determined not to look at the camera, so I found Pookie's intense stare quite amusing.

Earlier I met friend Christina for tea and blueberry scone at Oakwood. It was my turn to return the favour - not only does she celebrate a big birthday on Saturday, but she's also getting married that morning. She reckoned our tea-and-scone was her hen do!

Hottest day of the year so far! I tried to give Minty a haircut this morning because a) he's feeling the heat, and b) it's tick season, but the clippers weren't very efficient. Nothing to do with operator error, of course... ;-)
