Portrait of the Artist as a Beautiful Woman (EP7)

My beautiful, beautiful wife Carla doesn't like to have a camera pointed at her. But I couldn't finish this week of portraits without one of her. It was only when I suggested that we use her green veil from her bellydance classes as a filter that she agreed, hoping that the veil would hide her. 
I like how the veil added a layer of almost invisible texture to her skin and made the wall behind her reveal itself. During our shoot a soft wind made the veil look like a curtain wanting to be pulled back.
(BTW, she's happy with the result and allowed me to blip it. No editing.)
