There's never enough pink

Another flower from the varied bouquet I got last week, this is a sprig of Clarkia. Isn't it lovely with its pinkness ? To think I never was a pink girl to begin with ! I got a beautiful bouquet with  light and dark peonies today, still in honour of yesterday's anniversary, they're not open yet, can't wait for them to start blooming :-)

In the extra the first home-grown harvest of greens, cared for by me and son no1, they made a very nice lunch and I'll have the rest tonight with dinner :-)
