Flower....

Eight days on from this huge bud and the flower was never going to be a disappointment ........ wow!!    I have never seen this kind of clematis before.
The plant was a gift from my mother-in-law ..... it didn't "do" anything last year but has redeemed itself now.


Dedicated to the victims (and their families and friends) of the terrible bombing in Manchester this week - bombers are nothing but cowards even when they themselves die - they are never martyrs - just murderers and killers.

I doubt we will ever have peace in the world - but we can but hope.
