BBQ

Half term next week and a perfect evening for a BBQ.  Loved being at home (for the first w/e in 6 weeks) and especially the cricket afterwards.  Jess makes a very good fielder!

Mum is still in hospital, they will keep her in until Wednesday on targeted antibiotics to cope with the UTI.  Sarah is in Croydon with Dad and they looked at a couple of lovely nursing homes today (as opposed to just care homes).  We anticipate she will get chucked out of her current respite place as her medical needs are more than they can cope with.

Martin has had the day off and has food-shopped, mowed the lawn, set up a new computer for me with a faster processor and BBQ'd, all to an Iron Maiden soundtrack...  He's re-living his youth, which he will do more of tomorrow.

Tonight I'm feeling very appreciative of my supportive family and friends.
