The Street Where I Lived

I worked in London for a short while forty-six years ago, and lived on this street, Rosary Gardens, in South Kensington. It was easy to find and so familiar; a real pleasure to be here again.
We started the day refining plans for next week with a couple of train changes. What a headache for a hot day. But things improved from there with a visit to see cars and carriages at the Royal Mews where Eric was very happy to see the Queen's 1949 Phantom IV Rolls. We stopped for a little nap in the shade during a beautiful walk through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Saw the Royal Albert Hall and the cool memorial fountain for Princess Diana before finding my old neighborhood.
