Bright Start

... to a day that has been unremittingly awful.

Jamie, still in chronic pain, brought home by hospital transport.  Their supply of gas and air failed so they were unable to get him onto his bed.  So 30 hours on from where we started, we are back in the same position.  The failure of the system (not the people in it) where it needs to connect with the special needs of people who are different is colossal.  Now we are told to get help from out of hours doctors until our GP is available next Tuesday.   Well thanks!  

All we can do is to love him and try to help him find a way out of the bad place he is in.  A bit of help would have been nice.
