Rodent

Things went critical last night and my new rodent got me out of the EB hole. 
It was the second rodent to feature in my day - the first was a mouse/vole doing a double speed squeak and running quickly while being chased by a jackdaw pecking the animal at each hop. Its mates were closing in too. I'm not sure which won the battle but I feared most for the rodent.
