Pitenween

We have had a great day cycling along the Fife coast to St Andrews. We went through childhood haunts of Leven, which were epic days out as a child. I thought it was miles and miles away, turns out it is about 8 miles from where my Granny lived,

Then we stopped at a few of the fishing villages this being one. Pittenween. So pretty and still an active fishing harbour.
We had a tail wind to st Andrews and had a shower forcing us to put on our water proofs. A tea stop in the university city, then we battled the head wind home. We cycled along quiet roads, up and down hills weaving through foresty roads.

We are now at Balbirnie House. Very posh. For my cousins wedding tomorrow. I have already met up with her mum, dad and two of her sisters. Great to see them all again. The pre wedding dinner was delicious.
