I've gotta admit.  I'm a bit of a foodie.  Love love good tasting food! Wednesday lunch with a good friend at one of our fave places Cafe Amarti. On the menu today was the 'Grilled Potato Arugula Salad'.  Arugula, mixed greens, tomatoes, avocado, radishes and slices of grilled potatoes tossed in olive oil & balsamic vinegar.  It was yummy!
