Hatched

I saw this red area on the wood from across the yard.  When I got closer, this is what I saw....and this is only about a third of the total number that were there.  I've seen Boxelder Bugs in the yard before but never this many!  The nearest Boxelder tree is two houses away so I'm really not sure what they're doing here.  Maybe the old wood made a good nesting place for them.  Many thanks to Cailleach for hosting Wild Wednesdays!
