Autumn?? Winter??

You choose, Today the first day of winter but this image belies the fact. Book club today, whilst it is winter we have it in the afternoons.  this was the scene to the side of our hosts front door and it appealed to me The leaves had been falling off this beautiful maple and were heaped high on the garden furniture.
My Camellia seed from yesterday caused interest at book club as well. I think I might have one or two trying to grow them.
