Brew Group Tears

This is the inner workings of a bean to cup coffee maker circa 2002. The largest component is called the brew group

Worked well until a few weeks ago

The plan, inspired by u tube video was to open up, find the problem, repair and feel sense of achievement

Well, to start I needed oval headed screwdriver, then special T type screwdrivers, then repair kit- O rings, lubricant gel, from US Total cost including customs duty £124. Totally uneconomic and not counting time!

Today totally refurbished and put together with absolute attention to detail

Result-- tears, makes all right noises but the original problem of coffee not getting to cup continues.
