Blackberry inspection

I decided to go out and inspect the crops today. Our blackberry vines are intertwined through the branches of an old cherry tree.

The group of berries in this image are pretty representative of all. I'm estimating about 50% ripe at this time. We still have pretty nice weather, so there is a chance the remaining 50% may have a chance at maturity before the cooler weather sets in.
