True friend! Energizer bunny

Hustled out of wotk to catch a train with my fun energizer bunny coworker, iron girl mate and friend. She enthusiastically attended my back-to-back my YMCA classes tonight! I taught my 1st ever yoga class there (covering an absence) followed immediately by my regularly scheduled spin class. It was challenging, a little nerve wracking and completely fun. So awesome to look up and see my friend's beautiful smiling face. We then headed home to eat everything healthy we could find in the house. She is spending the night as we have a fun day planned for our day off tomorrow.
