Montreal Steamer Hot Dogs!

After our recent visit to Montreal for our 32nd wedding anniversary i was inspired to make my sweetie's favorite dish. The key is how you cook them (steamed) and to make the simple coleslaw that goes on top. After a long hill ride with my goodfriend J getting ready for Sundays 75 k bike ride, we had massages at my place with my friend the travelling masseuse. I delivered her to the train so she could return home to her family and i started work on the dinner featured in this photo.
