Benedictus....

We awoke to a frost but sunshine to follow. My lower back pain is non-existent when I am upright and walking or lying flat. Problems can arise when getting up from sitting but I am aware of that and move cautiously.
Such a beautiful morning made for time for a healing walk on the Wither Hills. There were lots of other walkers enjoying the experience. As I walked I listened to excerpts from a wonderful musical work..... Karl Jenkins "The Armed Man..A Mass for Peace". Oh, how how World could do with Peace in these uncertain times. I swung along to my favourite excerpt..."Benedictus"... The "Hosanna in Excelsis" part of that section sneaked up and caught me out as usual. Stunning music for a stunning day....
