Morning constitutional

Cousteau and I strode it out this morning before dawn. It was warmer this morning than it has been the last couple of days.

We got home and then I headed off to work.

A full dance card today and then a lovely lunch with SG. She's feeling much the same as I am at the moment so we had a bit of a whinge together!

A training ride with the Great Vic kids. 20.5 km tonight.
