Remains

What's left of an old boat (I assume), embedded in the mud of the Medway in Rochester, Kent. This bank of the river is the subject of substantial planned development, and will change dramatically over the next few years I should think, as the old industrial activity gives way to housing, leisure, and presumably related commercial infrastructure. Old Rochester, like Faversham, still has many lovely old buildings, as well as the imposing Cathedral. And lots of Dickens associations, if you're a fan.
