But in this one, a Paralympic GB champion, the flags, the torch, the spectators. This was David Weir's first of four gold medal of the Games.

I was one of 80,000 spectators cheering him on as he broke from the pack to win the 5K. I wonder if the other 79,999 spectators could speak the next day ? I was only able to manage an embarrassing squeak!
