Where the Light Gets In

Theatre weekend - Day 1

on our first night there
we were greeted by a nice
piano recital

Every year, at the beginning of June, the troupe convenes in a "secluded" place and we have two days of rehearsal; putting in as many hours as we would in five or six Monday nights. The plays come to life at that moment, after months of rehearsing pieces, the creature is born.

This weekend followed the rule. I, for one, really found the tone for each of my characters (we each play several). And of course, being together all the time for two whole days reinforces the troupe spirit.
