Poppy

Another red flower.

The intention had been to feature the guys emptying our septic tank, but they were late, and I had to leave for work, still blipless.

En route to work late this afternoon, there were some lovely poppies on the main Thickthorn roundabout, so I turned up the little no through road that was the old Newmarket Road.  I parked up and found some poppies right by the car.  Job done.

It was only as I was uploading, that I realised that I had featured red flowers on two consecutive days.  Oh well - hopefully a different colour tomorrow - it's the local "open gardens", and the weather is set to be hot and sunny.
