David Austin Rose Gardens

June again and how could we not find a reason to make the pilgrimage to the wonderful David Austin Rose Gardens?
This year, we needed to meet up with Sue and Pat who so generously let us stay in their Algarve villa each year. They live in South Wales and so this was a half way meeting place, and they had never been before. Mid June, it was a rose paradise and the weather was perfect.
We both made purchases and agreed to try and meet in Portugal next year.
A quick call on the in laws in Shrewsbury completed a good day out, if rather long.
