Sunday bath time

In the only water on the estuary these seagulls and one lone oystercatcher were having their Sunday ablutions. It must have been warmed up by the sun in that spot. Dead low water and in extras you will see how far we were from the birds and how the estuary can be quite ugly without the tide.

Trev and I walked round the estuary gardens and by the time we were back at this spot the tide was just starting to move in with that glossy mirrorlike water. It brings colder water too and the birds all took off. Bath time over for another day.
