Costa Del Neath

Life on the Costa Del Neath is just blooming marvellous at the moment!  Another scorching day, even hotter than yesterday I think.

Went for a bike ride, everything was alive, the birds, flowers, trees etc.  So calm and peaceful to be outside in the fresh air.  Really struggled, early morning troubles caught me out.  Plus I’ve got a problem finding the right energy food for me on a bike ride or walking, it’s not been right since Kilimanjaro.
