After the heat of the day had reduced, Gill had a brief session of garden tidying ... colour version in the extra.

I had a fathers day message from our son, and our daughter called in with her family on the way home from a wedding yesterday.  Tim - our son in law helped me to get the laptop apart and identify the HDD so a replacement is now on order, along with some extra memory modules.

£125 to fix the HDD and double the memory ... bordering on the 'buy a replacement' point?
