A lovely day but very hot and sticky. I was pleased to finish work and get home so I could put my shorts on. I decided to pop and visit Mum this evening.While down there I popped out on to the river bank to search out a blip. There was a big Dragonfly that was very active flying up and down but wouldn't stay still to allow me to get a shot. I then spotted this swan leading its only one young up the river so all was rescued with this shot.

In other news the car is in the garage tomorrow for its MOT so fingers crossed
