I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside

This cheerful site greeted us as we popped into Tesco in Sheringham today; they are clearly getting ready for the holiday season.

I started a new avenue of treatment for my migraines today.  I have been recommended to try a particular physiotherapist who has an interest in helping migraine sufferers.  It involved a consultation and then some manipulation of the vertebrae in my neck area.  I'm going again next week and I have daily exercises to do. I never get my hopes up when I try a new treatment but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My GP was very supportive of me trying this new treatment, but of course it's not on the NHS but if it works it will be money well spent.
