A bit warm outside, but, about once every two years there are advantages to having a house that has the thermal characteristics of a cathedral, and a cottage that's half buried underground.  

Mostly been working on the lounge of the Coach House; filling holes and making the usual hmmm noises associated with poking at the fabric of this place.

As in, hmmmm, it would have been better if the original builder hadn't laid the floor 4 inches below the wall dampcourse.
