London Reflected

Today we visited Tate Modern, the Tate branch across the Thames in a huge converted power plant--deservedly one of London's major attractions. Our goal was a major retrospective on Giacometti--one of my favorite modern artists, as many of you may remember.  It is a superb show, with a majority of pieces from the Giacometti Foundation in Paris but also with many others from elsewhere; wonderfully displayed, and a real treat.  The blip is captured from a balcony on the 3rd floor of the museum. The extra gives a more direct version.

In the evening we took a 20: 55 flight to a surprise destination--stay tuned :)  I posted this the next morning, not surprisingly.
